Do not convert RTP into a session promise

RTP is modelled over a very large number of plays. A result above or below the percentage in one hundred or ten thousand rounds does not by itself prove an incorrect configuration. Volatility, hit distribution and rare features shape short sessions even when the long-run model is unchanged.
